Open world describes the invitation to explore
The title of the first official devlog explicitly uses open-world framing. The store overview then connects exploration with songs, oddities and mysteries around the island. These sources support an explorable world as part of the game’s identity.
They do not tell us that every path is available immediately. Story events, abilities or other conditions may matter, but exact restrictions need to be checked rather than inferred from a broad genre label.

The team describes a world-first approach
The time and world-design material explains an emphasis on place and how the environment is constructed. The top-down devlog discusses making spaces navigable, varied and cohesive with a fixed camera. This is useful context for the game’s presentation.
A design philosophy is not a numerical map specification. We have not verified square mileage, the total number of regions, all interiors, travel speed or the extent of a fast-travel feature. None of those figures should be derived by measuring a promotional screenshot.
Use the in-game map for exact navigation
The known demo map shortcut is available in the linked controls guide. It gives you an immediate way to inspect your own current world state without depending on an unofficial map assembled from unverified names.
Our world reference will grow through sourced locations before attempting coordinates or an interactive base map. For now, the official exploration footage and system guides can help you decide whether the mix of school life, musical magic and wandering is appealing, while exact destination instructions remain a separate evidence task.
