The short answer

The latest accessible named demo patch is 0.484 from June 13, 2026. It eased Song of Tilling and fixed map text and a watering-can lock. Earlier patches changed controls, clock pauses and music assistance; their effects are grouped below.

Music: a gentler first encounter

Version 0.484 made the first song, Song of Tilling, easier to improve the difficulty curve. The developer also reiterated that music practice is optional and that songs are not meant to be perfected immediately. If you left an early demo attempt thinking stars were mandatory, the music guide explains the official clarification.

Version 0.466 added another help layer in the options and a tutorial stating that no stars are required to cast. These changes affect the music guide, the Song of Tilling page and the song tracker’s explanation of personal progress.

Navigation and time: fewer early surprises

The map shortcut arrived in 0.465: M for keyboard play and a right-stick click on controller. Escape was added for closing readables and the player menu. Regional default bindings and a confusing backspace prompt were also addressed.

Version 0.464 stopped the clock in the player menu and shops while deliberately leaving normal flute mode running. Our day planner therefore avoids treating any flute session as a guaranteed pause. The developer points players toward the music classroom’s practice rooms.

Fixes stay attached to their historical builds

The June patch fixed a watering-can soft lock near the player pond and some map-legend translations. April fixes covered chairs, a save lock while in water, and early potions-class access. Version 0.466 explicitly restored the 0.465 changes after a temporary rollback.

This log is not a list of bugs known to affect everyone today. Update the demo before comparing your experience with an old report, and include the current version if a similar problem persists. The full patch ledger preserves the source sequence without inventing changes for missing version numbers.
