The short answer

The accessible official record includes the April 7 demo launch, versions 0.464, 0.465 and 0.466, a May localization update and June 13 version 0.484. This ledger preserves the actual announcements and does not infer changes for unlisted version numbers.

June 13, 2026 — version 0.484

Song of Tilling, identified as the first song, became easier to improve the initial difficulty curve. The update also corrected text in the map legend for certain languages and fixed a watering-can soft lock near the player pond.

The developer reiterated that the music minigame is optional and that perfecting songs is intended to take attempts. The player-facing consequence is a gentler introduction, not a newly mandatory mastery requirement.

May 12 UTC — localization update

The demo added Simplified Chinese, German, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish from Spain, French and Japanese alongside English. The developer also noted smaller fixes and asked for reports about missing text or font problems.

Steam’s local date display may show May 11 for this announcement. This ledger uses the API timestamp; it is one update, not two. The language guide separates translated text from the English full-audio listing.

April 14 UTC — version 0.466

The developer confirmed that the 0.465 changes were live after being rolled back temporarily. The patch added more clock tutorials, another music-help layer in the options and an explicit reminder that casting does not require stars.

This restoration note matters when reconstructing early behavior. A player on the temporarily rolled-back build may not have seen the same controls as someone reading the original 0.465 announcement. Steam may display April 13 in a local timezone.

April 11 — version 0.465

This update added direct map access with M or right-stick click and Escape for closing readables and the player menu. It introduced regional defaults, replaced a confusing backspace sprite, and adjusted learned versus perfected difficulty.

Fixes covered sitting in chairs, a save lock while in water, and early access to the potions classroom with a related soft lock. The note also mentions Home for the developer console and PlayStation sprite support still in progress at that time. These statements stay attached to the historical build.

April 9 UTC — version 0.464

The clock began stopping in the player menu and shops. Normal flute mode was deliberately excluded, with a pointer toward the music classroom’s practice rooms. The patch also removed stray markup in some dialogue choices.

Steam can display April 8 locally. The unique official link identifies the announcement more reliably than comparing a date without its timezone.

April 7 — public demo launch

Eastshade made the demo public and invited feedback. The launch note discussed a larger update in progress, regional keyboard defaults and forthcoming localization. It mentioned a possible tailor-shop soft lock, but this ledger does not infer the exact release or contents of an unnamed later fix.

No changes are invented for the numerical gaps between published versions. A future update will be added from its own announcement or a directly observed build, with affected guides and tools reviewed together.
